Description

Index
Description
Register the indexes that appear in the screens of one-touch dial buttons in Fax mode. For details, refer to the User's
Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].
Domain Name
Description
Register the addresses that appear in "Domain" when e-mail addresses are entered. For details, refer to the User's
Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].
Bulletin
Description
Register bulletin boards and perform other operations. For details, refer to the User's Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Net-
work Fax Operations].
Note
If the software switch settings have been set to limit registering one-touch dial destinations (mode 477),
[One-Touch/Box Reg.] appears.
If the optional fax kit has been installed and the software switch settings have been set to limit
registering one-touch dial destinations (mode 477), [Bulletin] appears.
For details on the software switch settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].

Administrator Settings

Administrator Password
Description
Specify or change the administrator password required for authentication in the Adminis-
trator Management screen. The administrator password can be specified as an 8-digit
number.
Activity Report E-Mail TX
Description
Select whether or not activity reports (transmission result reports and reception result reports) are to be sent by e-mail
to the administrator. For details, refer to the User's Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].
