[Account Track Registration] appears if an account is registered and that account is logged on.
If the software switch settings have been set to use account settings in the From information for e-mail
messages (mode 366), to use SMTP authentication (mode 380) and to not share the SMTP
authentication user name and password with the POP3 user name and password (mode 380), [SMTP
Authentication Password] appears.
If the software switch settings have been set to use account settings in the From information for e-mail
messages (mode 366) and to check that data has arrived (POP3) before establishing an SMTP
connection (mode 350), [POP3 Password] appears.
For details on the software switch settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].

Displaying the User Settings screen

Follow the procedure described below to display the User Settings screen by pressing [Utility/Counter] key.

Press the [Utility/Counter] key.

Touch [User Settings].
If the software switch settings have been set to limit registering one-touch dial destinations (mode
477), [One-Touch/Box Reg.] and [Print Lists] do not appear. For details on the software switch
settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].
If "Account Track" in the Authentication Settings screen has been set to "ON" and the
[Utility/Counter] key is pressed without a user being logged on with an account, only [Admin.]
appears.
The User Settings screen appears.
