Specifying One-Touch/Box Reg. settings

This section describes the main parameters that can be specified after pressing the [Utility/Counter] key, then
touching [One-Touch/Box Reg.].
Note
If the software switch settings have been set to limit registering one-touch dial destinations (mode 477),
[One-Touch/Box Reg.] does not appear. For details on the software switch settings, refer to the User's
Guide [Network Administrator].

One-Touch

Description
Register recipients of faxes and scan data with one-touch dial buttons. For details, refer to the User's Guide [Network
Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Index

Description
Register the indexes that appear in the screens of one-touch dial buttons in Fax mode. For details, refer to the User's
Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Domain Name

Description
Register the addresses that appear in "Domain" when e-mail addresses are entered. For details, refer to the User's
Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Bulletin

Description
Register bulletin boards and perform other operations. For details, refer to the User's Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Net-
work Fax Operations].
Note
[Bulletin] appears if the optional fax kit has been installed.
