How to set up a page split is explained below using
an example of setting [Page Selection while
Scanning] to [ON].

Touch [Page Split].
The [Page Split] screen is displayed.

Specify the page order.
Left to right
Right to left

Set [Page Selection while Scanning]
to [ON].

Touch [OK].

Press the [Start] key.
The scan range setting screen is displayed.

Select one of the following: [Left
Only], [Both Sides], or [Right Only].

Touch [Scan].
The scanning of the original starts.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all pages are scanned.

Touch [Scanned].
The printing of the scanned data starts.

Combine

This function imposes continuous pages onto one
sheet.
• You cannot use [Combine] and [Mixed Size
Original] at the same time. (p. 1-11 "Mixed Size
Original")
[Pages/Sheet]
[OFF], [2 pages], [4 pages], [8 pages]
[Layout]
Specify the order of page imposition.
Example: Portrait document
Pages per
sheet
2 pages
4 pages
8 pages
[Original Orientation] (p. 1-9 "Original Orientation")

Touch [Combine].
The [Combine] screen is displayed.
• If the [Confirm] screen appears, set the original
orientation to [Top Side Up] or [Top Side Left].

Specify the number of pages per
sheet.

Select a layout.

Touch [OK].

Image Repeat

This function imposes multiple copies of the same
original onto one sheet.
• You cannot use [Image Repeat] and [Mixed Size
Original] at the same time. (p. 1-11 "Mixed Size
Original")

[Original Orientation] (p. 1-9 "Original Orientation")

The [Image Repeat] screen is displayed.
