Trouble shooting

There are actions that the end user can take to fix a stop. However, a professional should always be
adviced before doing any adjustments.
Fault
The burner does not ignite
The burner "puffs" at start
High temp protection on
fall shaft activated
Inner combustion tube fills up with
ashes
Ashes are totally black
Poor hot water capacity
Low/high indoor temperature
Soot in the boiler room
Alarm (flue gas)
No heat on radiators
White smoke from the chimney
The auger dont work

The sensors

The value of the resistance on the Pt1000 and NTC 22KΩ sensors is measured with ohm meter.
Disconnect the sensor from the motherboard in order to measure. Remember that the sensors
need good connection in order to get a correct result.
If the cables are lengthened, use these cables:
- For a length up to 15m 2 x 0,5m²
- For a length up to 50m 2 x 0,75m²
- Do not place these cables together with main cables(high voltage).
