On models CIMR-VBA0006 to BA0018, 2A0008 to 2A0069, and
4A0001 to 4A0038, reattach the terminal cover.
Refer to Figure 13
BA0018, 2A0008 to 2A0020, and 4A0001 to 4A0011, which require
routing the ground wire through the provided notch when reinstalling the terminal
cover.
