Em intervalos regulares:
– Verifique o conjunto do pistão e selo
quanto a contaminação. Limpe se
necessário.
– Verifique o volume (veja página 18).
– Verifique o sistema de pipetagem –
que consiste da Transferpette
ponteira – quanto a vedação.
Recomendamos a utilização do instru-
mento de teste de vedação BRAND
PLT Unit.
Alternativamente:
Após aspirar a amostra:
Segure o instrumento verticalmente
por aprox. 10 segundos. Se uma gota
formar na ponteira, veja "Resolução de
Problemas", página 20.

At regular intervals:
– Check the piston assembly and the seal
for contamination. Clean them if neces-
sary.
– Check volume (see page 18).
– Check the pipetting system - consisting
of Transferpette and pipette tip - for
®
tightness.
We recommend using the BRAND leak
testing instrument PLT unit.
Alternatively:
After drawing in the sample:
Hold down the instrument vertically for
about 10 seconds. If a drop forms at
the tip, "Trouble Shooting", page 21.
