4.3.5 Malfunctions

Troubleshooting
The following faults can be dealt with by the operator. If the problems remains,
call the service.
PROBLEM
The machine does not start.
The machine does not fill with water.
The machine fills slowly.
The filling process does not stop.
Machine will not start washing.
Noise from wash pump.
The machine stops during the wash-
ing phase and starts to take in water.
The machine does not clean the
dishware properly.
Dishes upset in the baskets.
The dishware does not dry.
WD-6C
CAUSE
The circuit breaker is switched off.
The stopcock is closed.

The hood is open.
The level tube is not in place.
The level tubes rubber sleeve does
not form seal with button plate.
The jets in the rinsing pipe are
blocked.
Dirt in the rinsing pipe´s jets.

Dishes are blocking the magnet on
the hood/door.
Low water level. Foam in tank.
The rubber sleeve on the overflow
pipe is not sealed against the base
plate.
The rinsing and washing jets are

Too little detergent.
The water in the washing tank is too
dirty.
Build up of foam in the washing tank.
Dirt has dried on items.
The dishware is wrongly positioned
in the basket.
Items incorrectly positioned in bas-
kets.
Light items need washing.
Rinse nozzles clogged.
The dishware has been left in the
machine.
Too little drying agent.

ACTION
Switch on the circuit breaker.
Open the stopcock.

Close the hood.
Fit the level tube.
Check that the level tube is closed.
Change damaged rubber sleeve.
Clean the rinsing jets.

Remove the dishes.
Check level. Change water.
Rectify the problem with the overflow
pipe.
Check that the rubber sleeve is not
damaged.
Check and clean the jets.
Check the quantity of detergent. The
hose must be submerged in the liq-
uid and the filter in the hose must be
clean.
Change the water.
Check that the washing temperature
is not too low and that the correct
type of detergent is being used.
Soak items before washing.
Use the right type of washing basket
and accessories to ensure that the
dishware is correctly positioned.
Repositions items.
Use a ned grid to hold utensils.
Check and clean nozzles.
Remove the dishware when the rins-
ing phase is finished.
Check the quantity of drying agent.
The hose must be submerged in the
liquid and the filter in the hose must
be clean.
