[Language & input]→[Configure input
methods]→[Settings] under "NX!input"→

Set each item
Keypad sound : When this checkbox is marked, the
operation tone sounds each time you tap a key.
Keypad vibration : When this checkbox is marked, the
terminal vibrates each time you tap a key.

Input mode : Set the input mode for the numeric
keyboard.

Multi-tap input : When the [Enable multi-tap input
excluding numeric keypad input] is marked, Multi-
tap input is available when using gesture input or
flick input. When the "Enable auto cursor moving" is
marked and if you take a certain amount of time
before tapping the same key again, the cursor
automatically moves to the right and stands by for
the next character entry. You can also set the time
(tap interval) before the cursor moves.
Character delete key
character immediately to the left of the cursor is
deleted when is tapped. When [CLR] is selected,
the character immediately to the right of the cursor
is deleted when

Gesture guide : When setting to gesture input Pro
and if "Show the gesture guide" is unmarked and
[OK] is tapped, the gesture guide is no longer
displayed. When this checkbox is marked, you can
set the time before the gesture guide is displayed
after a key is tapped.

Flick guide : In the flick input mode, mark to display
the flick guide.

adjust the sensitivity of flick input.
Auto alphanumeric select
marked, input mode is one-byte alphanumerics
when switched from the numeric keyboard to the
QWERTY keyboard.
Direct alphanumeric input
marked, entered alphanumerics are fixed one by
one.
Auto space insert
automatically after a word is applied in the
alphanumeric input mode.
Show numeric keys (vertical screen)
checkbox is marked, the numeric key is displayed
when the QWERTY keyboard is displayed vertical.
Show numeric keys (horizontal screen)
checkbox is marked, the numeric key is displayed
when the QWERTY keyboard is displayed
horizontal.
Overwrite handwritten input
enable handwriting input when the QWERTY
keyboard or Japanese syllabary keyboard is
displayed.
Number of input boxes (Vertical display)
number of input boxes for handwriting input in the
portrait display mode.
Number of input boxes (Horizontal display)
number of input boxes for handwriting input in the
landscape display mode.
Recognition speed
handwritten input.
Handwriting gesture
