Scanner diagnostics > Motor tests

Select ADF pick and ADF transport.

Reseat the ADF cable on the JADF1 connector on the controller
board.

Find the sensor (ADF media present).

Check if the actuator is dirty or stuck.

Clean the actuator.

Reseat the ADF cable on the JADF1 connector on the controller
