Accessing the Secured Job file

0 For the logon procedure, see page 3-2.
0 Do not leave the machine while you are in the user operation mode. If it is absolutely necessary to leave
the machine, be sure first to log off from the user operation mode.
0 Enter the Secured Job password through the printer driver on the PC side. The password entered is
displayed as "*."

Log on to the user operation mode through User Authentication from the control panel.

On the main screen, press the + or , key to select [USB/HDD], then press the Select key.

Press the + or , key to select [PROOF/PRINT MENU], then press the Select key.

Press the + or , key to select the user name, then press the Select key.
% The name of the user of the PC from which the Secured Job file has been sent appears.

Press the + or , key to select the job name, then press the Select key.
% To delete the job, select the job name and press the Stop/Reset key. The secured job password
input screen will be displayed, so enter the secured job password to delete the job.
