Description
This error may occur in an attempt to
print a label.

Troubleshooting
This operation requires an item to be
selected first. Manually entered unit price
is disabled by the system administrator.
To print a label, weight has to be stable
and be within the range between Min and
Max. Min and Max values are indicated on
the special sticker under the display.

Load a new paper roll, make sure the
paper is loaded properly (refer to
paragraph 1.7 Loading Paper in Printing
Mechanism).

scale returns the same error while feeding

properly loaded and the printer slot is
clean (refer to paragraph 1.7 Loading

Bring together the closing levers of the
thermal head until you hear a click (refer
to paragraph 1.7 Loading Paper in Printing
Mechanism). Press the key
printer to identify the beginning of a label.
Remove the printed label. If it is required
to print labels without removing them
from the line (paper is not wound around
the take-up unit), contact the system
administrator.
If the thermal head has got overheated
because of continuous operation, let it
cool for several minutes. If it did not help,
contact the system administrator.
