Installing the standard footrest
1) Slide the footrest into the holder on the front frame tube from above (see Fig. 46). The footrest has to face out
by 90°.
2) Swing the footrest in until the locking mechanism engages (see Fig. 47).
3) Fold down the footplate (see Fig. 52).
4) If necessary: engage the calf band on the holder (see Fig. 48, item 1) and adjust the length of the calf band. In
order to do so, open/adjust/close the hook-and-loop closure (see Fig. 48, item 2).

Removing the elevating footrest
Elevating footrest (metal)
1) Raise the footrest (see Fig. 49, item 1).
2) Pull the footrest up and remove it.
Elevating footrest (plastic)
1) Press the unlocking handle for removing the footrest (see Fig. 50, item 1).
2) Swivel the footrest at least 30° outwards (see Fig. 50, item 2) until it can be removed.
