1. Jacking bolts
17. Connect the hydraulic-pressure hose to the valve hard
line and the tank hose to the valve (Figure 28).
Retain the hose plugs for the summer change over.
Note: Make sure the hoses are note kinked or are
rubbing against any moving parts.
Note: Adjust the angle of the fittings to accommodate
the routing of the hoses.
2. Cab-jack tube
1. Pressure hose
18. Raise the rear of the machine until 2 jack stands can be
positioned under the rear tube at a height that supports
the rear tires 25 to 76 mm (1 to 3 inches) off of the
ground.
19. Lower the floor jack so the rear frame rests on the jack
stands. Position the floor jack under the center of the
front lift arm pivot tube.
20. Remove the 1/2 inch flat washer and the 1/2 inch nut
installed on the stud on the bogie pivot (Figure 29).
