1. Inner drain plug
5. Move the vehicle slowly until the wheel is positioned
for filling as illustrated in

1. Upper hole, add fluid here
6. Set the parking brake, stop the pump, stop the engine,
and remove the key from the starter switch.
7. Pour SAE 85W-140 weight gear lube into the upper
hole until it begins to come out of the lower hole.
8. Replace and tighten all drain plugs.
9. Repeat

10. Dispose of the used oil at a certified recycling center.
Adjusting the Front Wheel
Toe-in
Service Interval: Every 200 hours/Yearly (whichever comes
first)
The toe-in should be 0 to 3 mm (0 to 1/8 inch).

22).

Checking the Tire Air
2. Measure the distance between both of the front tires at
the axle height at both the front and rear of the front
tires
(Figure
69).
The distance between the front of the tires should be 0
to 3 mm (0 to 1/8 inch) less than the distance between
the back side of the front tires.

3. If the measurement does not fall within the specified
range, loosen the jam nuts at both ends of the tie rod
(Figure
70).
1. Jam nut
4. Rotate the tie rod to move the front of the tire inward
or outward.
5. Tighten the tie rod jam nuts when the adjustment is
correct.
6. Ensure that there is full travel of the steering wheel in
both directions.
