Note:
The number of photos you can save on a memory card
may differ slightly from the chart above, depending on
the complexity of each photo.
If you attach an audio recording to a photo saved in
your memory card, the number of photos you can save
on that card may decrease.

Installing a CompactFlash Card into your

computer

You can install a CompactFlash Card into a computer
equipped with a Type II PCMCIA memory card slot.
This allows you to copy photos directly from your
CompactFlash Card to your computer, and to copy
programs to or erase programs from your camera
using your CompactFlash Card. Follow these steps.
1.
If necessary, remove the CompactFlash Card from
the camera. See "Installing and removing a
CompactFlash Card" on page 1-9.

Insert the CompactFlash Card all the way into the
optional adapter, as shown below.

Insert the adapter into your computer's Type II
PCMCIA slot.
