Using Direct Print to Print Photos
There is no memory card in the
camera. Insert a CompactFlash
Card. For instructions, see
"Installing and removing a
CompactFlash Card" on page
1-9.
You held down MENU button
while printing. The printer stops
printing and ejects the paper.
This message disappears after
three seconds.
An error occurred. The printer

Message Explanation
E51: Another The printer is receiving a print
interface is job through another interface.
active When the print job ends, the
printer begins printing from
the Direct Print program
automatically.
E55: No ink Printing stopped because the
printer ran out of ink.
Replace ink cartridges as
needed and start printing
again from the beginning.
(For information on replacing
ink cartridges, see your
printer's documentation.)
E56: No paper or Load paper into the printer,
paper jam then press the printer's
load/eject button to begin
printing. (Or hold down the
camera's MENU button to
cancel printing.)
Printing stopped because
paper is jammed in the printer.

printer, see your printer's
documentation.
