Making Additional Settings

When the camera's dial is in the
change certain camera settings, including the internal
clock, the beep, the LCD monitor's brightness level,
and the automatic shut-off time. You can also set the
display language.

Setting the time and date

The date (year, month, day) and the time (hour
and minutes) appear on the upper right of the
LCD monitor. Press the button next to the date
and time.

To adjust the value of the highlighted item, use
the + and - buttons. To change which item is
highlighted, use ISO and MENU buttons.

After setting the correct time and date, save the
settings by pressing the MENU button.
Note:
You will have to reset the time if the camera is
unplugged and the batteries are removed for more than
30 minutes.

Making the camera mode setting

The PhotoPC 800 has three camera modes to fit your
photographic needs. Each mode gives you a different
amount of control over the camera settings, whether
taking photos with the viewfinder or LCD monitor.
Read this section to choose the appropriate mode, and
to change the mode if necessary.
Choosing a camera mode
Full Auto camera mode
Allows you to take basic photos without having to
make complex settings. Available settings include:
Flash, including auto, forced, and off
Self timer
Image quality
Digital zoom
Macro, Panorama or Normal frame
