Installing
1. With the engine mounts installed onto the engine,
lower the engine assembly into the chassis and
secure to the chassis using the existing front and rear
rubber dampers, rear mounting bracket, four cap
screws and new Nyloc nuts. Tighten to 23 ft-lb.

2. Connect the coolant hose to the water pump and to
the engine using the existing hose clamps. Tighten to
35 in.-lb.

3. Connect the coolant hose to the heat exchanger using
the existing clamp; then connect the other end of the
coolant hose to the water pump using the existing
clamp. Tighten the coolant hose clamps to 35 in.-lb.

4. If the oil cooler assembly and oil cooler hoses were
removed from the engine, install the hoses to the oil
fittings and tighten the clamps to 35 in.-lb.
5. Secure the oil cooler bracket to the chassis using the
existing self-tapping screws. Tighten securely.

6. Install the formed coolant hoses to the oil cooler and
the rear coolant fitting using the existing clamps;
then install the routing clamp and secure using the
existing machine screw. Tighten securely.
