Connecting the telephone

1. Plug one end of the curly cord into the socket on the handset.
2. Plug the other end of the curly cord into the socket underside
of the base. Thread the curlycord through the groove toward
the back of the base.
3. Plug the telephone line cord supplied into the socket on the
bottom of the base. Thread the line cord through the groove
toward the back of the base.
4. Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into the phone
wall socket.

Wall mounting

Method A. Use two screws for fixing. At the desired location drill
two holes one above the other, 100mm apart, and leave the
screws protruding 5mm from the wall. Now place the telephone
base over the screws and gently push forwards and then
downwards.
Method B. If you wish to fit to an existing telephone wall plate
with modular connector. Plug the short telephone line cord
supplied into the base of the phone; plug the other end into the
telephone wall plate socket. Position the mounting holes on the
base of the phone over the two protruding screws on the wall
plate. Gently push the phone flush against the wall plate then
slide the phone downwards locking it into place.slide the phone

Receiving incoming calls

1. If you receive an incoming call, the phone will ring and the red
call light will flash.
2. To take the call, simply lift the handset.

Ending a call

Replace the receiver on the base to end the call.

Making a call

Lift the receiver. Wait until you hear the dialing tone. Dial the
required telephone number.

Last number redial

Your telephone stores the last phone number dialled. To redial
the last number dialled, lift the receiver and wait until you hear
the dial tone. Press the REDIAL button. The last number
is automatically redialled.
Pause
You can insert a short (3.6) econds pause into dialing in order to
access custom and telebanking services, long distance, etc.
Press REDIAL button at the desired point in number. Press
REDIAL button again if an additional pause is needed.
