reader's buffer before writing them into the tag memory.

[m]: Data stored in buffer shown in hexadecimal.
e.g. '41'=>0x41= 'A' (2 bytes NULL)

Only even numbers ('0', '2', '4' ... '32') are valid for
the start byte.
