Una carburazione senza problemi è la
base di un buon rendimento del motore. Il
carburatore è stato regolato in fabbrica
per fornire la miglior carburazione. Non
cerchi di alterare questa regolazione.

te una pulizia del carburatore, con l'uso di
benzina pulita ed aria a pressione
Regolazione del minimo
La vite di regolazione è accessibile dal
lato destro dello scooter.
La regolazione del minimo è da farsi
con il motore caldo e con le luci accese.
Avvitare o svitare il bottone di
regolazione fino a raggiungere un regime
del minimo regolare senza che la ruota
posteriore sia messa in moto dal motore.
Per qualsiasi altra regolazione del
carburatore Vi consigliamo di rivolgerVi a
un Servizio Ufficiale DERBI.
Attenzione!
Effettuare sempre la regolazione del
minimo del motore quando questo sia
caldo.
Regolazione gioco manopola del gas
Dopo aver regolato la marcia a vuoto,
regolate il gioco della manopola del gas.
Ciò si fa tramite un dado situato
nell'unione del cavo e la manopola. Il
comando del gas deve avere un gioco di
2-3 mm.

A perfectly operating carburettor is the
basis of good performance from the engine.
The carburettor has been adjusted in the
factory to give the best possible carbura-
tion. Do not attempt to alter this adjustment.

It is a good idea to clean the carburettor
periodically using clean petrol and high
pressure air.

Adjusting the idling.

The adjustment screw is accessed from
the right-hand side of the scooter.
Adjust the idling with the engine and
lights on. Screw or unscrew the adjustment
button until the engine is ticking over regu-
larly and the rear wheel is not being moved
by the engine.
For any other regulation of the carburet-
tor we advise contacting a DERBI Official
Service Centre.
Caution!
Adjustment of the idle speed must be
carried out when the engine is hot.

Adjusting the throttle play.

After adjusting the idling, alter the play of
the throttle. It is altered with a screw loca-
ted where the cable joins the throttle. The
throttle must have 2-3 mm of play.

Eine einwandfreie Gemischbildung ist
Voraussetzung für eine gute Motorleistung.
Der Vergaser ist im Werk so eingestellt
worden, daß er eine optimale Gemischbildung
bietet. Versuchen Sie nicht, diese Einstellung
zu verändern.

NMERKUNG
Wir empfehlen, den Vergaser in
regelmäßigen Zeitabständen mit sauberem
Benzin und Druckluft zu reinigen.
Leerlaufeinstellung
Die Regulierschraube ist von der rechten
Seiten des Scooters her zugänglich.
Die Leerlaufeinstellung muss mit warmem
Motor und eingeschaltetem Licht vorgenommen
werden. Den Einstellknopf entweder
herausdrehen oder festdrehen, bis ein
regelmäßiger Leerlauf erreicht wird, ohne dass
das Hinterrad von dem Motor in Bewegung
gesetzt wird.
Für jegliche sonstige Einstellung des
Vergasers wenden Sie sich bitte an einen
Vertragshändler von DERBI.
Vorsicht!
Nehmen Sie die Einstellung des Leerlaufs
immer bei warmem Motor vor.
Einstellung der Gasgeberhebel
Nach Regulierung des Leerlaufs sind die
Gasgeberhebel einzustellen. Die Einstellung
erfolgt mit einer Mutter, die auf der Verbindung
zwischen Kabel und Hebel vorgesehen ist. Die
Gasbetätigung muss ein Spiel von 2 ÷ 3 mm
aufweisen.
