Per ammorbidire lo sporco e il fango
depositato sulle superfici verniciate usare
un getto di acqua a bassa pressione. Una
volta ammorbiditi, fango e sporcizia devo-
no essere tolti con una spugna soffice per
carrozzeria imbevuta di molta acqua e
"shampoo" (2 - 4 % di shampoo in cqua).
Successivamente sciacquare abbondante-
mente con acqua ed asciugare con pelle
scamosciata. Per l'esterno del motore ser-
virsi di petrolio, pennello e stracci puliti. Il
petrolio è dannoso per la vernice. Si ricor-
da che l'eventuale lucidatura con cere sili-
coniche deve essere sempre preceduta
dal lavaggio.

I detersivi inquinano le acque. Per-
tanto il lavaggio del veicolo va effet-
tuato in zone attrezzate per la raccol-
ta e la depurazione del liquidi impie-
gati per il lavaggio stesso.
To soften up dirt and mud on the pain-
ted parts of the scooter, use a low pressu-
re hose. You can now clean the bodywork
with a car wash sponge, plenty of water
and car shampoo (2-4% concentration in
water). Rinse off with plenty of water and
dry with a chamois leather. Clean the
exterior of the engine with paraffin, a
brush and clean rags. Take care - parafin
can damage the paintwork. Always wash
the bodywork thoroughly before applying
wax polishes.

Detergents can pollute rivers, stre-
ams and the soil. Do not wash the
scooter in the road. Respect the
environment (limit the amount of
soap you use).

Reinigen
ZumAufweichen von Schmutz und
Schlamm auf den lackierten Oberflächen
einen Wasserstrahl mit niedrigem Druck
benutzen. Ist der Schmutz aufgeweicht,
muß er mit einem weichen Schwamm mit
viel Wasser und Autoshampoo (2 -4 %
Shampoo im Wasser) entfernt werden.
Anschließend mit viel klarem Wasser
nachspülen und mit einem Wildledertuch
abledern. Den Motor außen mit Petroleum,
Pinsel und reinen Lappen säubern. Eine
Glanzbehandlung mit Silikonwachs darf
erst nach erfolgtem Waschen durchgeführt
werden. Lassen Sie kein Wasser in den
Auspuff und in die Luftaustrittschlitze der
Übertragungsabdeckung gelangen.
