Attach the Front Handlebar (B) onto the Handle Post (C), tighten it with Screw (I-8), Flat Washer (I-9),
and Spring Washer (I-10) using the Allen Key
Set the Cover for Handlebar (B-3) on the Front Handlebar (B)
