ASSEMBLY Tool: N-7 Box Spanner 1PCS 1. Remove Rear Protection Bar Loosen the Bolt and Washer with Box Spanner provided, and remove the Rear Protection Bar from the back of the Main Frame. Note: This protection bar is only meant to safeguard the bracket from deforming during shipping.

ASSEMBLY Tool: N-7 Box Spanner 1PCS 2.Front and Rear Stabilizer Installation 2.1 Front Stabilizer Installation. Lift up the Main Frame (G-12) towards the front, and then align the Front Stabilizer (J-1) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (G-12). Attach two Carriage Bolts (N-4) and on the other ends of bolts with two Washers (N-8) and two Nuts (N-3).

ASSEMBLY Tool: N-5 Screwdriver 3. Foot Pedals Installation The Cranks and Foot Pedals are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left. Insert the pedal shaft of the LEFT Foot Pedal (G-4L) into the threaded hole of the LEFT Crank (G-25). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the COUNTER- clockwise direction until snug.

ASSEMBLY Tool: N-5 Screwdriver 1PCS N-7 Box Spanner 1PCS 4.Seat Post Installation Turn the Round Knob (G-19) on the Main Frame (G-12) in a COUNTER-clockwise direction until it can be pulled out. Pull out the Round Knob (G-19) and then insert the Seat Post (K) into the tube of the Main Frame (G-12).

Slide Post Cover (G-24) onto Handlebar Post (H-2) Connect Cable Wires(H-1) to (G-20) Insert the Handle Post (H-2) into Main Frame (G-12).

ASSEMBLY 6. Handle Bar Installation Place Bolt (N-13), Spring Washer (N-12) and Washer (N-11) into the top hole of Metal Cover (N-2). ASSEMBLY Assemble the Handlebar Covers (H-4, H-5) with 2 Screws (N-10) and tighten the Bolts. Next, attach the Handlebar Covers to the Handlebar Post by using the 2 screws (H3) as shown below. Secure the handlebar to the front post by installing the T-Shape Knob along with a Spring Washer (N-12), Flat Washer (N11) and the Bushing (N9) through the middle hole of Cover (H-4) and into the bottom hole of Metal Cover (N-2).

ASSEMBLY Tool: N-6 Allen Key N-5 Screwdriver 7. Computer Installation Gently feed the hand pulse wire (M-4) through the hole on the right side of Handlebar Post (H-2) and up through the slot. Connect Hand Pulse Wire (M-4) and Cable Wire (H-1) to the back of Computer (A). Install the Computer onto the Main Frame using 4 screws (A-1) Note: 1.Insert Cable Wire (H-1) into the black 12 pin port on the back of the Computer...

ASSEMBLY 9. Adaptor Installation. Plug one end of the Adaptor (G-26) into the power jack of the power supply cable on the front of the Right Chain Cover (G-1). Before plugging in, make sure to check carefully the specifications on the Adaptor. Plug the other end of the Adaptor (G-26) to the electrical wall outlet.
ADJUSTMENT Seat Height Adjustment Turn knob counter-clockwise to loosen. Pull knob to unlock as you adjust the seat to desire height. Allow the knob to spring in the hole, turn knob clockwise to prevent the seat post from rattling. CAUTION: Make sure the pin is in the hole and the knob is fully tightened before you sit.

COMPUTER 3.3 User Program User Program allows you to create your own workouts based on resistance level and time intervals. Press UP and DOWN to create the profile, press ENTER to input additional resistance level, then press and hold ENTER for 2 seconds to exit profile setting. Press START to start work out. Standard work out time is 20 minutes.

TROUBLE SHOOT & MAINTENAINCE TROUBLESHOOTING Computer not working correctly Check to make sure the computer cable is connected securely. Check that the AC Adaptor is securely connected to the Power Supply Cable and to the electrical wall outlet. The bike trainer wobbles or shakes when in use Turn the adjustable leveler on the front stabilizer or Rear Stabilizer as needed to level the bike trainer.
WARM UP Quadriceps Stretch With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot up. Inner Thigh Stretch Sit with the soles of your feet together with your knees pointing outward.
