Rimontaggio albero motore

Lubrificare il perno di biella con olio motore ed inserirlo nel semivolano.
Allineare i fori passaggio olio motore.
Lubrificare il cuscinetto a rullini e montarlo sul perno di biella.
Montare la biella ed il secondo semivolano allineando i semivolani mediante
una squadra.
Unire infine le parti con l'ausilio di una pressa.
Unire i semivolani senza che le estremità del perno fuoriescano dal piano,
rispettando la quota "A" di montaggio e portando il perno di biella alla distanza
"B" sul semivolano destro.
Verificare il gioco assiale (C) della biella nei volani che deve essere 0,5÷0,7
mm.
Raddrizzare l'albero motore con l'ausilio di un martello in rame.
Controllare l'allineamento dei semivolani con una squadra posta a 90°
rispetto al perno di biella.
Controllare la scentratura dell'albero motore che, rilevata in corrispondenza
delle superfici di appoggio dei cuscinetti, non deve superare 0,02 mm.
Reassembly of crankshaft
Lubricate the crankpin with motor oil and place it in the flywheel.
Align the flow trough holes of the engine oil.
Lubricate the roller bearing and fit it on the crankpin.
Fit the connecting rod and the second half-flywheel. See that the half-flywheels
are aligned using a triangle.
Join all the elements using a press.
Join the half-flywheels without the ends of the pin extend observing the
dimension "A", and bringing to the dimension "B" of the R.H. half-flywheel the
connecting rod journal.
Check the connecting rod side clearance (C) into the flywheels. It must be
0,5÷0,7 mm (0.020÷0.027 in.).
Make an initial alignment of the flywheel using a copper hammer.
Check the alignment of the flywheel halves using a scale placed 90° from the
crankpin.
Check the alignment of the crankshaft between centers. Runout may not
exceed 0,02 mm (0.0008 in.) at the bearing position.

Remontage arbre moteur

Graisser avec huile moteur le goujon et le placer dans le demi-volant.
Aligner les trous de passage huile moteur.
Graisser le palier à rouleaux et le monter sur le goujon.
Monter la bielle et le deuxième demi-volant en alignant lesa demi-volants au
moyer d'une équerre.
Joindre tous les éléments ay moyen d'une presse.
A = 64,40 ÷ 64,45
mm
(2.535÷2.537 in.)
B= 1,4 ÷ 1,6 mm
(0.055÷0.063 in.)
