Norme generali

Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine inverso quanto mostrato
per lo smontaggio, facendo tuttavia particolare attenzione alle
singole operazioni che richiamiamo specificatamente. Vi
ricordiamo che guarnizioni, paraolio, fermi metallici, rondelle di
tenuta in materiale deformabile (rame, alluminio, fibra etc.) e
dadi autobloccanti dovranno sempre essere sostituiti. I
cuscinetti sono stati calcolati e dimensionati per un
determinato numero di ore di lavoro. Consigliamo pertanto la
sostituzione in particolar modo dei cuscinetti sottoposti alle più
gravose sollecitazioni, anche in considerazione della difficoltà di
controllo della relativa usura. Quanto sopra viene suggerito in
aggiunta ai controlli dimensionali dei singoli componenti,
previsti nell'apposito capitolo (G "REVISIONE MOTORE"). E'
importantissimo pulire accuratamente tutti i componenti; i
cuscinetti e tutti gli altri particolari soggetti ad usura dovranno
essere lubrificati con olio motore, prima del montaggio. Viti e
dadi dovranno essere bloccati alle coppie di serraggio
prescritte (vedere anche il capitolo X "COPPIE DI SERRAGGIO").
Verificare la perfettta pulizia delle parti prima di ogni
montaggio.
Verificare la perfetta scorrevolezza dei cuscinetti.
Lubrificare con olio motore tutte le zone di
accoppiamento e di contatto metallo- metallo.
Per il montaggio delle parti con interferenza, riscaldare
il foro a 125° C ed inserire l'albero dopo adeguata
lubrificazione dello stesso con olio motore.
Lubrificare con olio motore i prigionieri ed i dadi.
Ingrassare gli anelli di tenuta.
General directions
For a correct re-assembly follow in the adverse sense what
shown for dismantling, however paying a special attention to
every operation we specifically mention. We remind you that
gaskets, oil rings, clamps and sealing washer in deformable
material (as copper, aluminium, fibers, etc.) and self-locking
nuts havealways to be renewed. Bearings have been studied
and drawn for a well determined number of working hours. It is
advisable to replace those bearings which undergo the greatest
wear and tear especially in view of the fact that generally
speaking they are difficult to check for wear. What above is
suggested in addition to the size verification of the single
components, as foreseen in the proper chapter (G "ENGINE
OVERHAULING"). We emphasize the importance of thoroughly
cleaning all components; bearings and all particulars subject to
wear have to be lubricated with engine oil, before re-assembly.
Screws and nuts must be locked at the prescribed torques (see
also chapter X "TIGHTENING TORQUES").

Before every reassembly, check that all elements are
perfectly cleaned.
Check that all bearing turn properly.
Lubricate with engine oil all the coupling areas and the
metal-against-metal surfaces.
In order to reassemble the interfering parts, heat the
hole at 125°C (257°F) then put the shaft after it has been
previously lubricated with engine oil.
Lubricate stud bolts and nuts with engine oil.

Pour le rémontage éffectuer en sens inverse ce qu'on a montré
pour le démontage, en faisant attention aux particulières
opérations qu'on rappelle ici spécifiquement. On vous rappelle
que les garnitures, pare-huile, arrêts métalliques, rondelles
d'étanchéité en matèriel déformable (cuivre, aluminium, fibre
etc.) et écrous auto-blocants devront être toujours rémplacés.
Les coussinets on été dimensionnés et calculés pour une
spécifique nombre d'heures de travail. Il est conseillé de
remplacer les roulements soumis à de fortes contraintes,
surtout si l'on considère qu'il est extrêmement difficile de
contrôler leur état. Ce-ci est conseillé additionnellement aux
contrôles dimensionnées de chaque pièces, prévus dans le
spécial chapitre (G "REVISION MOTEUR"). Il est très important
de nettoyer soigneusement toutes les pièces, les coussinets et
tous les autres particuliers sujects à usure devront être
graissés avec huile moteur, avant le remontage. Vis et écrou
devront être bloqués aux couples de serrage prescriptes (voir
aussi chapitre X "COUPLES DE SERRAGE").
Avant chaque remontage, contrôler que les parties
soient bien nettoyées.
Contrôler que les roulements coulissent bien.
Lubrifier avec huile moteur toutes les zones
d'acouplement et de contact métal-métal.
Pour remonter les parties avec interférence, rechauffer
le trou à 125° C et placer l'arbre aprés l'avoir bien lubrifié
avec huile moteur.
Lubrifier avec huile moteur les vis prisonnier et les
ecrous.
Graisser les bagues de retenue.
