CALIPER REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY

Disconnect brake hose and catch the brake
fluidinaruitablereceptacle.
m Remove caliper
axle bolts and take off
cal iper,
Place a rag over the piston to prevent popping
up. Draw out
the
piston by using
air
gun.

Do
not
use high pressure air for preventing
piston damage.

Remove caliper bracket and draw out caliper
axles.

Remove piston boot and piston seal,
