6. Troubleshooting

Observe safety instructions! Have all serious malfunctions on the machine or engine repaired by your
W
agria workshop. They have the proper tools. Improper repairs can only add to the damage.
Problem Possible cause
DieselEngine:
Engine - Speed control lever set to "min"
not start - Safety circuit not in start position
- Fuel tank empty or poor fuel
- Solenoid valve lever not correctly
- Fuel line or fuel filter clogged
- Injector nozzle or injection line clogged
- Wrong injection pressure
Misfirings in - Clogged fuel line or poor fuel
engine - Vent opening in fuel tank cap clogged
- Water or dirt in fuel system
- Air filter clogged
- Injector nozzle or injection line clogged
Excessive - Lack of engine oil
temperature in - Impaired cooling
engine
Misfirings - Injector nozzle clogged
at high speeds - Wrong injection pressure
Engine - Air filter clogged
frequently
stalls in idle
Engine - Starter lock is defective
does not stop - Solenoid valve lever not correctly

Remedy
Move speed control lever to "Max"
Move safety circuit to start position
Fill fresh fuel
Correct position of the lever
Clean fuel line or filter
Clean injector nozzle or injection line
Check pressure
Clean fuel line,fill fresh fuel
Exchange fuel tank cap
Drain fuel and fill fresh fuel
Clean air filter
Clean injector nozzle or injection line
Refill engine oil immediately
Clean fan grid, clean internal cooling fins
Clean injector nozzle
Re-adjust injection pressure
Clean air-filter
Check starter lock
Correct position of the lever
Tighten cylinder head,
exchange gasket
Have engine checked
Charge or replace the battery
Replace fuse
Check harness and E-starter
