BATTERY TROUBLESHOOTING

Trouble
Starter does not function.
From beginning starter
does not function, and
lights soon become dim.
When viewed from top,
the top of plates look
whitish.
Recharging is impossible.
Terminals are severely
corroded and heat up.
Battery electrolyte level
drops rapidly.
