Trouble
Rough engine running.
Exhaust fumes are colored.
(Black, Dark or Gray)
Exhaust fumes are colored.
(White or Blue)
Engine overheats
Engine diagnostic light
comes on.
Engine will not idle.

Cause
A Spark plug defective.
A High tension cord defective.
A Ignition coil defective.
A Fuel hose or fuel filter clogged or
damaged.
A Improper or stale fuel.
(Fuel quality is poor.)
A Air cleaner is clogged.
A Overload.
A Low grade fuel is used.
A Air cleaner is clogged.
A Excessive engine oil.
A Piston ring is worn or stuck.
A Engine cooling air inlet is clogged.
A Engine cooling fin is dirty with debris
accumulated.
