To start the SYM HD 200 EVO:
1. Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position. 2. Ensure the battery voltage is above 10.0V; otherwise, check the battery. 3. The engine can be started in the "ON" position. 4. If the ignition switch is in the "OFF" position, the engine will not start.
