Page code list
This response data reports the "Page code" list of the parameter page supported by the IDD in
the SEND DIAGNOSTIC command and the RECEIVE DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS command
after byte 4. The format and contents of this response data are shown in Figure 4.28.

Logical/physical address conversion
This response data reports the execution results of address conversion specified in the
"Logical/Physical Address Conversion" parameter in the SEND DIAGNOSTIC command in
