This bit specifies whether the read-ahead operation will be performed or not.
The IDD disregards the specification in this bit and operates in accordance with the default
value "0".
"1": Reading is not performed after the logical data block specified by Read or Read
Extended. The data in the logical data blocks specified in the command only are made
cache data.
"0": Reading of data blocks after the logical data block specified in the Read or Read
Extended command is performed.
