(9) Install the dust caps on the pressure and return quick disconnect cou-
plings of the hydraulic manifold.
D. Job Close-Up
(1) De-energize the aircraft (GHSH TASK 24-41-00-860-802-A).
(2) Do the servicing of the hydraulic reservoir as follows:
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT FLUIDS OF DIFFERENT BRANDS
(3) The list of approved hydraulic fluid is:
• ROYCO 777
• Hydraulic fluid Aeroshell Fluid 51
(4) The fluids presented in the current revision of the QPL-87257 are con-
sidered alternatives of the recommended fluids.
(5) Release the pressure from the hydraulic system (GHSH TASK 29-10-00-
910-801-A ).
(6) Make sure that the LG is extended, wheels chocked, multifunction spoilers
and thrust reversers (optional) stowed, stick pusher and rudder spring
actuator inactive and brakes released.
(7) On the reservoir visual level indicator, make sure that the hydraulic fluid
level in the reservoir is between the REFILL and the OVERFILL lines (in
the green area). Refer to Figure 202.
(8) If the fluid level is not between the REFILL and the OVERFILL lines (in the
green area) do the following steps:
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE FLUID USED ON THE

MIXED IN THE SYSTEM. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHICH
BRAND OF HYDRAULIC FLUID IS IN USE, FLUSH THE SYS-
TEM OUT BEFORE YOU FILL IT WITH NEW FLUID. THIS IS
