IR (Day and Night Function)

In this menu you can activate the automatic day and night function. During the
day the camera switches to the colour mode for optimum colour reproduction,
and during the night for clear detection to the black and white mode. The IR
filters are removed.
G Move the arrow
to the <IR> menu.
G Press the <ENTER> key to open the input
mode.
G Press the <UP> or <DOWN> keys to
enable <ON> the function.
G Press the <ENTER> key twice to open the
input mode.
G Press the <UP> or <DOWN> keys to
switch to INT or EXT.
INT
If this option is selected, an internal signal
is registered (AGC or Sense up). The
camera switches automatically from the
colour to the black and white mode.
Note: If you have selected short exposure times in the AEG menu, the
switch−over from black and white to colour mode will not take place
automatically. If a lower gain setting has been chosen in the AGS menu, the
switch to black and white mode will be delayed.
EXT
If this option is selected, an external signal is registered. When this function is
selected, the camera switches over according to your settings.
G Press the <ENTER> key to open the input mode of the INT or EXT function.
