Gateway Series for Aeonix
This chapter describes the minimal settings instructions needed to use the TGWxE1-2G gateways
with Aeonix.

8.1 Gateway Unit Configuration

8.1.1 Basic Configuration

1. Connect the TGWxE1-2G unit to the network via port ETH1 or ETH2.
2. Open the TGW Web Admin and login, as described in section ‎ 5 .1 ‎ 5 .1 Login, on page 5-1.
3. Click the Basic > Network tab .
For detailed information, see Network Configuration on page 5-3.
a) From the [ETH] IP address assignment drop-down list, select Fixed (Static IP
address is used).
b) In the [ETH] IP address box, type the Tadiran TGWxE1-2G gateway IP address.
c) In the [ETH] Gateway IP address box, type the default gateways IP address of the
network (LAN gateway IP address where the gateway is located).
d) From the [DNS] Mode drop-down list, select Obtained automatically.
e) Click Submit to save changes.
f) Log in to the gateway using the new IP address.
