modify their content.
1 - Menu/Ident: this key has two functions:
• gives access to the system menu on an identified terminal

• used for identification on a general purpose terminal.
2 - Phone book: call by name - for searching for a system directory subscriber
by entering the first letters of his/her surname and/or first name.
3 - Voic.mail: gives you direct access to voice mail.
4 - Key not used when the terminal is idle.
