Communicating with the multi-line function

The multi-line function has been stored on at least two programmable keys on your
terminal (one key per line).
Answering a call:
Public No.
Answering a second call
Private No.
Switching from one party to the other
When a call arrives on your terminal set to multi-line, the indicator
light associated with the personalised key blinks, and the caller ID
appears on screen.
• Press this programmed key to talk with the correspondent.
-> The indicator light associated with this key goes steady on.
If another correspondent is trying to reach you on the second line,
you will hear a beep; the indicator light of a second key blinks
rapidly and the caller's ID is displayed on screen.
1 - Press the blinking programmed key.
-> The indicator light associated with this key goes steady on.
-> The first correspondent is put on hold, and the indicator light
of the key associated with this call blinks slowly.
2 - To resume the call with the correspondent put on hold, press
the blinking key.
To change from one correspondent to the other, just press
successively the blinking programmed key. The screen displays
the identity of the party that you are talking to.
