Voicemail

The voicemail helps you to manage your calls when you are absent or simply when you do
not want to be disturbed.
For the voicemail system to be able to record your messages, you must configure and
personalize your voice mailbox, then forward your calls.
You must activate call forwarding to voicemail so your calls can be forwarded to it.

Configuring and personalising your voice mailbox*

You must call the voicemail system to access the menus to configure and personalise your
voice mailbox.

You can also successively press the keys

-> A voice prompt welcomes you and gives the different
commands to access the main menu.
We recommend that you do the following straight away:
• Personalise your access code.
• Record your name.
• Record your greeting message.

information on using the voicemail system.
