Making a call

Using the automatic callback function

You are calling an internal correspondent but he is busy and does not answer. You can
ask that he be called back automatically.

The automatic callback is saved and may be viewed by selecting
Menu > Activated
features.
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line had been
busy) or has enabled his telephone (if absent), your terminal
rings. At this stage you can:
• Pick up or press Answer: your correspondent is then called
back.
• Press
Ignore
or the End key to cancel automatic callback.
If you wish to cancel a saved automatic callback:
1 - Press the context
2 - Select

3 - Select

-> The saved automatic callback is deleted.
