During a call

Using the mute function

A call has been set up with a correspondent and you wish to have a confidential
conversation without the correspondent hearing you:
Deactivate the microphone:
Reactivating the microphone:

Putting a correspondent on hold

A call has been set up with a correspondent and you want to put it on hold to resume it later
on the same terminal:

Putting a party on hold and resuming the call on another terminal

You are communicating with a correspondent and you wish to continue the conversation
on another terminal.
Park
Press Mute.
-> The handset microphone is deactivated; the indicator light
associated with the key blinks. Your correspondent does not
hear you.
Press Mute again.
-> The handset microphone is in service; the indicator light
associated with the key goes off indicating that your
correspondent hears you again.
1 - Press Hold.
-> Your correspondent is put on hold and hears beeps or music-
on-hold.
2 - Press Hold again to resume your conversation with the
correspondent.
Press the context
Park
-> The terminal returns to idle mode with the "Parked call"
status. Your correspondent is put on hold and hears beeps or
music-on-hold.
Note:
The message disappears once the call is resumed on the
other terminal or if the correspondent ends the call.
