During a call

Calling a second correspondent

You are in the middle of a call with a party and you want to call a second party, inside or
outside the company.

Switching between two parties

You are online with a second correspondent and you wish to switch successively from one
correspondent to the other.

Releasing one of the correspondents

To release one of the correspondents (the one with whom you are talking):

Making a transfer during an enquiry call

You are engaged in an enquiry call (with one correspondent online and another on hold).
You wish to link up your two correspondents then hang up.
Xfer
1 - Press L2.
-> Your first correspondent is put on hold.
2 - Dial the number of the second correspondent.
Note:
You can also access a number stored in the directory or
phone book.
If the called party does not answer, press the blinking line key to
return to the correspondent on hold.
• Press the blinking line key to resume the conversation with the
correspondent on hold.
-> You talk alternately with each of the two correspondents, but
they cannot communicate with one another. The display shows
the number or name of the party you are talking to.
• Press End to release the call in progress then the blinking line
key (L1 for example) to resume the call on hold.
1 - Press the context
2 - Press the key of the blinking line then press Transfer (L1 for
example). This is the correspondent who has been on hold.
-> The call has been transferred.
