Basic instruction to be combined with the siren instructions.
1)
With the control panel disarmed, open the siren front cover and leave the siren tamper switch
open. Position the siren dip-switch as indicated in the siren installation manual.

Power up the siren as indicated in its installation manual.
3)
Arm the DUALNET-6 control panel (see page 27). An R.F "Pegaso" transmission code will be
automatically sent to and learned by the siren.

Once the siren has received & memorized the R.F. code, confirmation will be seen and heard

Now disarm the DUALNET-6 and enter into programming mode (see par.01 page 12) .

To have the panel learn the siren code, Select a wireless sensor zone (for example zone 44)
and position panel in "learn mode". When the siren sends its code the panel will learn it (see
par.12 page 23).

You may now fix the siren to the wall with the screws supplied. Re-position the siren dip-switch
in "OFF" and close the tamper switch by closing the front cover.

An R.F. transmission will be sent to the control panel and the panel will confirm reception. This
will also be confirmed by the keypad which will indicate "Memorized". If this does not take
place, repeat all operations from point 1.

In the Zones selected as Bypass NO for the zone selected.

Exit the DUALNET-6 programming mode and make the necessary test to understand if the
siren is functioning correctly.
To install additional sirens with the same panel, you must repeat the procedure from 1 to 4 and also 8
and 11 above, all codes between panel and siren will be the same.
To memorize a DVR-6, after having set the date and hour (see DVR-6 instructions), press the DVR-6
learn button and arm the DUALNET-6 (5 beeps will give confirmation). Disarm the panel and enter
into programming mode, select a free zone in "Program Sensor" and by pressing the transmission
button on the back side of the DVR-6. The panel will confirm to have learned the DVR code. You
may now terminate the DVR installation and exit the panel programming mode.
