19. Alarm trigger sequence:
In the case of an alarm trigger the control panel will go throw the following sequence:
1.
The installed sensors will sense an intrusion and trigger the panel and all sirens connected.
The control panel will send an alarm trigger message through the on-board GSM dialler; if

the GSM dialler is not working a message will be sent through the PSTN normal telephone
lines .
The memorized telephone numbers will receive an SMS or VOICE message. The call priority
3.
depends on how the telephone number have been memorized. Telephone Number 1 priority
1, number 2 priority 2, etc.
The reception of the voice message can be received up to 5 consecutive times, during this
4.
period the end user may:
→
Button [8] and go to listen-in function. At this point he will hear what is taking place in
the protected area. The duration of the listen-in function is 15 sec. And after this the line
will be interrupted.
→
Button [#] to hear the memorized trigger message once again and at the end the call will
be interrupted.
→
Button [*] to end the phone call, this will block totally the telephone calling cycle. If you
press any key with the exception of [8] [#] [*], no other calls will be received at this
telephone number, but the calling cycle will continue to the other telephone numbers
memorized.
If you press any key, this will isolate your number and you will not receive any further calls for
this particular alarm trigger.
If in this installation you have installed a DVR-6, the control panel will also trigger the DVR-6
and a 3 minute audio visual recording will take place in the protected area.
A triggered control panel may be triggered by:
→
Entering the end user password on the KEYPAD.
→
Pressing button one on the keychain transmitter PEG-3 (2 beeps will be emitted)
→
Using a pulse key or electronic key. (If installed)
→
Sending from remote an SMS message (see paragraph 17)
→
By calling the panel through the GSM or PSTN network (see paragraph 17).
20. Panel remote interrogation:
When the Dualnet-6 receives a remote interrogation, the panel will answer the phone with a beep;
after this the caller must digit the User Password followed by [#] and wait for a confirmation beep (*).
Now you may send the following commands:
Press:
[1]
For Day Arming.
[2]
For Night Arming.
[3]
To Disarm the control panel.
[4]
To enter the Listen-in Function for 15 seconds.
[5]+[0] + [XX]+[XX] + [#] to set the 24 HOUR (Emergency Siren)
[5]+[1] + [XX]+[XX] + [#] to set the NIGHT alarm trigger time (Perimeter Siren)
[5]+[2] + [XX]+[XX] + [#] to set the alarm trigger time of the MOTION zones (Motion Siren)
[6]
To listen to the playback of the voice message.
[*]
To hang up the phone.
Also by pressing the key [8] + [#] will activate the listen-in
(*) NOTE: If you have inserted the end user password, pressed the key [#] and the DUALNET-6
emits 2 beeps, this means that the wrong password has been entered. You must enter once again
the correct password followed by [#] and wait for a confirmation beep. After 3 wrong attempts, the
DUALNET-6 will automatically hang up the telephone line.
