ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Installation and service must be performed by a quali ed installer or
service agency.
Always disconnect the power before servicing this unit.
This appliance must be properly grounded.
Failure to do so could result in death, re, or electrical shock.
IMPORTANT:
•
The dishwasher must be supplied with 120 volt, 60 Hz, AC-only, 15 or 20 amp.,
fused electrical supply.
•
Wiring must be 2-wire with ground.
•
If the electrical supply does not meet the above requirements, call a licensed,
qualified electrician before proceeding.
•
Contact a qualified electrician. Be sure that the electrical connection and wire
size are adequate and in conformance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/
NFPA No. 70-latest edition and all local codes and ordinances.

Grounding Instructions:
•
The dishwasher must be connected to a grounded metal, permanent wiring
system, or an equipment grounding conductor must be run with the circuit
conductors and be connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on
the dishwasher.
