Appendix C: IR Remote Control
The IR remote control is an accessory to enhance the convenient operation of the NVR. You can
perform all the settings and operations from the remote control. The effective distance is up to 33
feet line of sight.
When there is more than one NVR installed in the same environment, you need to select a correct
NVR ID, preventing the NVR from responding to commands from the Remote Control.

To select the NVR ID,

Aim at the IR receiver of your NVR.
Press the NVR Device Button first.

Select the NVR ID number by pressing the Number Button.
The NVR ID number here must correspond to the "IR Remote
ID" set up in the "I/O Control Menu", and remember to click
Save on that setting page (refer to 6.8.5 I/O Control).
For example, if you set up "2" in the OSD setting
page, you need to press "2" on the controller.

Press the OK button to complete the setting and now you can control the NVR.
