Programming Your Telephone
You can store feature access codes at programmable buttons to provide
yourself with one-button access to features that you use quite often. To
find your feature codes of interest, turn to the Quick Reference Guide
located at the end of this publication.
• To create these feature access buttons, proceed as follows:
1. Press INTERCOM.
2. Dial

3. Press programmable button to choose storage location.
4. Dial the access code for the feature.
5. Press next location button and store next feature code.
6. Repeat previous step until all desired feature codes are stored.
7. Press SPEAKER to end.
For example, the access code for the group call pick up feature is # 4. To
program this feature, press INTERCOM, dial
programmable button, dial # 4, and press SPEAKER.
