TROUBLESHOOTING
P0183/0 (Fuel Temperature Too High)

1. Key switch ON
2. Fuel temperature is above 90°C (194°F)

4. CHECK ENGINE on the TELEFLEX display
Fail Mode Fuel temperature exceeds the acceptable range for the fuel system.
Limited Operation
No limited operation

Fail Release
When the fuel temperature goes below 85°C (185°F)
Normal fuel temperature is about 40°C (104°F) at the inlet port of the injection pump and about 52°C
Remarks
(125.6°F) at the outlet port.

1. Check the fuel cock.
2. Check the fuel filter.
3. Check the fuel system.
4. Check the fuel temperature sensor.
