Display/modify the HTTP Intercept configuration.

The IP address indicating unavailable WAN connection.
The default is 198.18.1.1.

The destination URL when the request is intercepted by the monitor thread.

Enable or disable substitution of blocked images.

The URL of the image used when substituting blocked images.
Always use IP address when redirecting to a local page (enabled) or not
(disabled).
